Today's children are movement deprived. This lack of movement can lead to decreased motor skills, poor learning efficiency and ineffective sensory processing.

Shifting Gears with Peers helps therapists and educators to promote active, movement based learning strategies across a variety of settings. When bodies are engaged so are minds!

Shifting Gears with Peers implements therapeutic movement strategies to support all aspects of learning through the brain/body connection. This promotes learning, improves motor skills and enhances sensory development through movement.

Proven benefits include increased skills in sensory processing, postural responses, perceptual development, motor coordination and social interaction. Ultimately students gain improved learning, motivation and self esteem!
