Susan Thompson, OTR is a certified Tai Chi for Health instructor and an occupational therapists. Individuals of all experience and fitness levels are welcome in her class. No equipment or special clothing needed. Please do wear comfortable, but stable shoes.

The location includes lakeside lodging, great food, a beautiful venue with hiking trails, and a large room overlooking Lake Texoma to practice our Tai Chi.
